On this page you will find a collection of miscellaneous writings.
I like to write. I like to think and I like to read and I like to write. Inevitably, I will develop a 'writing-itch' during my time away from academia; moreover, I have quite a list of books I'm hoping to get through during this hiatus - books which will load my brain up with food. Thus, here is where you shall find the results of my theo-philosophical (and perhaps theo-ethical) ponderings and independent learnings.
Whether it will be interesting or not, I cannot promise. But I hope you can find something here to not only enjoy, but to make you think as well.
Christianity
Church and State: Principles and Imagination
This paper was written with Layton Friesen and published among other essays as part of a guide to preaching through Anabaptist principles. Please note, this is not the complete work. | 4 February 2010
Peace
This piece was written as a response to a Scattergories game the night before. The letter was 'P' and the category was 'not man-made.' I wrote peace and it was argued. This meditation resulted. | 12 February 2007
